2023 was an exceptionally good year for us and our products as they have been adopted by a record number of clients to date. Continuing with great momentum, we enter the new year with fresh energy and a new product available!
EV Charging BI
Under the newly-introduced name, we’re launching a Business Intelligence tool that allows CPOs to pull and group data directly from their Charge Point Management Systems. Slightly different from our existing suite of products, the new solution can be adopted by anyone who uses OCPI-connected CPMS , regardless of whether it’s our CPO platform or anyone else’s. What’s more, after being connected, its users do not even require access to the original CPMS, as it can be entered separately.

In the context of electric vehicles, BI plays a huge role in providing insights into charging patterns, user behavior, and overall system performance. This enables CPOs and eMSPs to make informed decisions, optimize their operations, and enhance the user experience.
EV Charging BI – New Quality in Data Storing and Viewing
Having carefully evaluated what are the main pain points that can be distinguished within the sphere of EV charging software solutions, we’ve noticed that there’s certainly room for improvement in terms of the way data is handled.
With the great majority of CPMS systems being delivered via SaaS (which tends not to be very flexible) numerous CPOs have no impact on the way data is displayed and grouped. Same goes with sharing the data to stakeholders who may need to see it, yet are not supposed to be having access to the core system.
What’s more, existing platforms, even when equipped with some type of BI, usually lack customization options.
Our solution responds to the above issues, by offering a customizable, advanced data controlling system that uses the real-time, factual figures and groups them into easy-to-read statistics without the need to access the main system.
