2. What cookies and similar technologies are
While you use the website located at https://solidstudio.io/ (the Site), cookies are placed on your device. Cookies are short items of information, in particular text files, placed on end users’ devices while they are using a website. They usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, the duration of their storage on the end device, and a unique number.
Alongside cookies, we and the providers of the tools listed below may use similar technologies that serve a comparable purpose, in particular local storage, that is data kept in your browser rather than sent to us with every request, and pixels or tags, that is small pieces of code that report an event, such as a page view or a form submission, back to the tool that placed them. For simplicity, this policy refers to all of these jointly as cookies.
3. Legal basis
Storing cookies on your device, and reading information already stored there, requires your consent under Article 399 of the Act of 12 July 2024, Prawo komunikacji elektronicznej (the Electronic Communications Law, PKE), except where the cookie is strictly necessary to provide a service you have explicitly requested, such as remembering your consent choices or your language setting.
The subsequent processing of personal data that results from the use of a cookie is based on:
- Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, that is your consent, for cookies in the statistics and marketing categories described in section 5,
- Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, that is our legitimate interest in the secure and correct operation of the Site, for cookies in the necessary category.
4. Consent management
Cookie consent on the Site is managed by Cookiebot, a consent management platform. When you first visit the Site, a banner asks you to accept all cookies, to reject non-necessary cookies, or to open cookie settings and choose which categories you consent to.
No analytical or marketing cookie is placed, and no analytical or marketing tag is fired, before you have given the corresponding consent. This is enforced through consent mode configured in Google Tag Manager: every tag other than the strictly necessary ones is blocked by default and only released once Cookiebot reports that you have consented to the relevant category.
Changing or withdrawing your consent. You can change your choice at any time by using this link, which reopens the consent banner: Change your cookie consent. You can also change or withdraw consent through your browser settings, including by deleting cookies already stored and by blocking cookies from being set in the future. Blocking cookies through your browser affects every site you visit, not only ours, and may prevent some Site functionalities from working correctly.
5. Categories of cookies
Necessary. Cookies that are indispensable for the Site to function and to let you use its basic features, such as recording your cookie consent choices or remembering your selected language. These do not require your consent and cannot be switched off in the Cookiebot banner.
Preferences. Cookies that let the Site remember choices you have made, such as display settings, so that the Site can provide a more personalised experience. The only cookie currently classified here is LinkedIn’s load balancing cookie (lidc), listed in section 6.
Statistics. Cookies that help us understand how visitors use the Site, for example which pages are visited and how long a visit lasts, so that we can improve the Site’s quality and usability. Data collected in this category is aggregated for our own analysis.
Marketing. Cookies used to track visitors across websites, in order to measure the effectiveness of our advertising, build audiences for it, and, where a tool offers it, personalise the ads you see. This category also covers cookies that link a form submission on the Site to a record in our CRM.
6. Tools and cookies we use
The table below lists, by provider, the cookies and similar technologies used on the Site. It is based on the automated scan of the Site performed by Cookiebot on 16 September 2026 and on our tag configuration as of 21 September 2026. Where a lifetime is given as “persistent”, the item is kept in your browser’s local storage until you delete it. Several of the providers below are established outside the European Economic Area, or transfer data there; for the safeguards that apply to such transfers, see section 12 of our Privacy Policy.

Google Ads. Conversion measurement for Google Ads uses data from our Google Analytics 4 property, which is linked to our Google Ads account. The Google Ads cookies listed above are set only after you have consented to marketing cookies.
Meta Pixel. We run advertising campaigns in Meta Ads and use, or will use, the Meta Pixel to measure their effectiveness. The Meta Pixel is loaded exclusively through Google Tag Manager, only after you have consented to marketing cookies, and is never embedded directly in the Site code. Meta Ads campaigns direct traffic to the Site; we do not collect leads within Meta.
Tools we have removed. On 21 September 2026 we removed from the Site the tools that identified visiting companies and the survey tool. They no longer set cookies. Cookies or local storage entries from those tools that are still present in your browser expire on their own or can be deleted through your browser settings.
7. The full technical list
The Cookiebot banner also contains the complete, automatically generated list of every cookie and storage item found on the Site during the last scan, with the same categories as above: open the banner through the “Change your cookie consent” link in section 4 and choose the details view. Where that list and the table above differ, for example because a tool has just been added or removed, the automated list reflects the most recent scan and we update this policy at the next review. We review this policy at least every three months and whenever we add or remove a tool.
8. Changes to this policy
We may amend this policy from time to time, in particular when we add or remove a tool that uses cookies, or when the underlying law changes. The date at the top of this policy indicates when it was last updated. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
