Last week we had a chance to be one of the industry sponsors of this year’s New Mobility Congress and what’s special about it is that this was the first time we exhibited in Poland. Seeing eMobility events grow to such a scale in this part of Europe is a thrilling experience, even if there’s still some room for improvement.

The event featured numerous speakers across multiple panels, with all three conference days filled with seminars and discussions taking place on several different stages. Certainly, no matter what branch of eMobility, anyone could find something interesting.
This year, panels caught our attention especially, as Paweł, Solidstudio’s CEO, participated in two of them - one as panelist and the other as moderator. The first one took on the matter of EV clubs and their significance for the industry. The second one - especially interesting - uncovered some unique perspectives on payments in the sphere of EV charging.
The panel about payments introduced many concepts that are currently used in EV charging from RFID cards, through mobile app payments, wallets, prepaid, subscriptions to ad-hoc credit card payments and clashed these against different markets and future possibilities.
According to what has been repeated a lot amongst participants, the next edition is planned to be even bigger - we're definitely look forward to seeing such events grow massively in Poland.
