About the project
Mobile and web app with admin panel making for a digital ecosystem uniting the whole EV driving community in Poland and allowing its participants to engage and make use of discounts offered by EV Klub Polska.
Challenges
The project for PSPA (Polish Alternative Fuel Association, which are a part of the European Association for Electromobility - AVERE) is a very special one in our portfolio, as it’s the first eMobility venture of that scale that we did for a fellow polish company (the biggest eMobility company there’s in Poland, to add to that) . Since nearly all of our previous projects were shipped abroad - to places more familiar with the case of electric vehicles, we’re now thrilled to see eMobility gaining momentum also in Poland.
The whole project was kick-started by Client’s workshops during which we settled on architecture and user flows. Soon afterwards, the UI/UX work was started and continued throughout the project.
In terms of the development’s workload, our primary focus centered around particular functionalities i.e. registration, login, user profile, free/premium accounts support, displaying charging stations, benefits (discount codes) with the option of showing them on the map, news, etc. Very important step here was the integration with EIPA.
Additionally, in the web application, we managed to implement and design a dedicated landing page and static pages (help center, contact, club members).

Our approach
The biggest challenge here was to clearly set the scope of what needs to be included in the MVP version and then switching to the mode of incrementally adding subsequent functions.
The big success for us was crafting the perfect team that continually evaluates solutions and is nimble enough to shift focus when needed and stay mindful of any changes. By taking part in regular meetings, demonstrations and maintaining a constant dialogue with PSPA, we have formed an exemplary collaboration that unites us into one team as far as design and implementation are concerned.

Solidstudio stood out with their flexible approach in working within a tight time-schedule and on a variety of requirements. Throughout the collaboration, we managed to form a unified team with great internal communication, which resulted in an MVP developed with a high value for both: the company and the end-users.
