About the project
Profound EMP system with a mobile app informing about the charging stations. Designed from scratch, it includes components integration and ongoing app development. With 100% market coverage the system operates on all public charging stations across Poland. The first version is planned to be followed by its second equivalent.
Challenges
Ave Mobility reached out to us looking for an experienced team to develop the EMP platform and mobile application for Android and IOS. The journey started off with a detailed specification.
The purpose behind the app and the platform is to facilitate the charging process for electric vehicles drivers in Poland who would get access to all public charging stations in the country, even when managed by various operators
The EMSP platform needed to be built as a comprehensive system that would connect all local charging point operators and their stations via open protocols and custom integrations.

Our approach
Much like with any e-mobility project, we entered the collaboration thrilled to have the opportunity to exercise our experience in this area. Kicking it off with a thorough specification, we focused on all aspects that required covering while preparing an EMP platform with a mobile app of that scale.
Our team, consisting of a backend lead developer, 2 react native devs, UX + project manager, all having experience within the e-mobility sector, have managed to launch the first version after 4 months.
Knowing the needs and wants of the industry, we made sure to integrate and adapt the OCPI module to put the system to its utmost capacities. Following on the best ameliorations, the development of the app led us also to EIPA integration.
The showcase of solid e-mobility experience ended up with the development of an EMP system and mobile application with 100% market coverage, allowing its users access to all public charging stations in Poland.
